What is a Healthy Homes Assessment?

A Healthy Homes Assessment gives you a clear roadmap to compliance, outlining exactly what your property needs to meet Healthy Home Standards in NZ.

Why do you need a Healthy Homes Assessment?

Many homes across New Zealand struggle with poor ventilation, inadequate heating, and uncomfortable living conditions that can affect health and energy bills.
In New Zealand, landlords are legally required to meet the Healthy Homes Standards for rental properties. Not meeting the standards can lead to fines and legal consequences. Landlords may face penalties for failing to provide a healthy living environment, which can damage your reputation
